3. Compliance with Laws: Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards in every jurisdiction where we operate. This includes compliance with anti-corruption, anti-bribery, and anti-money laundering laws.
    

Partnership and Collaboration

1. Transparency in Partnerships: Maintain transparency in all partnership dealings. Clear communication regarding the terms, benefits, and responsibilities in the company and any collaborative venture is essential.

2. Confidentiality: Respect and protect the confidentiality of information shared within partnerships. Unauthorized disclosure of proprietary or sensitive information is prohibited.

3. Conflict of Interest: Avoid any activity or situation that might lead to a conflict of interest or the appearance thereof. Disclose any potential conflicts to the appropriate authority within the company.
    

Participation in Projects and Trades

1. Ethical Investment and Trading: the company ensure that all investments, including commodity trades, are conducted ethically, responsibly, and in line with sustainable practices.

2. Due Diligence: the company ensure that the company FSTs you participate in have conducted thorough due diligence before participating in any trade, real estate project, or investment to ensure it aligns with our values and compliance standards.

3. Risk Management: the company has identified, evaluated and managed all risks associated with each project or trade. Implementing strategies to minimize risk exposure for the company and its partners and members.
    

Use of Technology and Communication

1. Responsible Use of Technology: Use all technology platforms responsibly and ethically. Avoid sharing sensitive information on unsecured channels.

2. Data Privacy and Security: Ensure the protection of personal and corporate data in accordance with data protection laws and best practices. Regularly review and update security protocols.

3. Constructive Communication: Engage in constructive, open, and respectful communication on all internal and external channels. Feedback and discussions should aim to foster a positive and productive work environment.
    

Accountability and Enforcement

1. Reporting Violations: Encourage the reporting of unethical behavior, violations of the code of conduct, or any concerns regarding misconduct without fear of retaliation.

2. Disciplinary Actions: Establish clear consequences for violating the code of conduct or these rules. Ensure that disciplinary actions are fair, consistent, and proportionate to the violation.
